How the studio runs
Three constraints, and they are the reason the work looks like this.
We would rather shoot forty weddings properly than a hundred badly, and the calendar is built around that rather than around the revenue.

What we shoot
Three things. We turn down the fourth about twice a month.
01Weddings
Two photographers, full day, every frame delivered plus raws in six weeks. From ₹2.4 lakh for a single day in Mumbai; travel and multi-day quoted separately. We take about forty a year and one a weekend.
02Editorial and portrait
Half or full day in the Lower Parel studio or on location. Usage is quoted per campaign rather than bundled, because a portrait licensed for a website costs differently from one on a hoarding and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
03Brand and product
Catalogue and campaign work with a stylist we bring. Day rate ₹85,000 including one assistant. We do not do this on a per-image basis — it produces rushed work and an argument about what counts as an image.
From couples
They delivered in five weeks having promised six, and they sent the raw files without being asked twice. Two years on I still find frames I had not noticed, which is the whole argument for getting everything rather than a curated four hundred.
